Our CEO Shana Del Grosso, is the backbone and the main source of motivation to the company. She made the company a learning institute where employees can learn a lot from within the company.
Shana has extensive experience in the fields of mortgage, car dealerships and bank institutions: Customer Service Director, Loan Officer, Insurance Broker, Personal Banker, Loan Expert and Finance Manager.
She was able to hit at a 200% level of her assigned KPIs whereas rest of the employees played at 15% and the top hitters at 35%.
At one of the top leading Banks, she worked as Personal Banker/Loan Expert and was awarded state-wide best banker of Arizona for consistent top performance and #1 leader in sales; therefore she was transferred to Colorado because of immediate results required in the Phoenix Metro location. She was licensed and recognized in the concepts and marketing of Payment Protection Insurance. She was sent to other locations to motivate bankers and tellers to get better results which impacted entire market and named ‘Loan Expert’ in the Phoenix market due to her history and experience in the field of lending. Shana earned the title of ‘Top Banker’ within 3 months on all metrics as well as gold level recognition in partner referrals.
Shana worked in car dealership where she managed 400 accounts plus mastered Company’s goal to reach and sustain the # 1 position among all branches of dealerships in the nation. Within 24 months promoted from Lead Sales Associate to Automotive Customer Service Index Representative and then advanced to C.S.I. Manager.
One of her previous car dealerships sought her back honoring her with highly desired position as Finance Manager within first month produced maximum objective, resulting in record breaking results by over-obtaining goals set on reserves, aftermarket sales, customer satisfaction, and gross profit, processing 300+ clients, assimilate guidelines, capitalize incoming funds while presenting menu selections, daily follow-up and encouragement with managers/staff always reflecting the power of contagious smiles.
